ZERO Traces of COVID Found in St. Augustine Wastewater

The city of St. Augustine started taking samples at the end of April from its wastewater treatment plant to test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
Coronavirus was undetectable in the samples from that first week of samples.
Being below the detection limit means that there is little to no coronavirus in the wastewater system, city Engineering Manager Stephen Slaughter said.
